About these terms

These terms apply to all engagements between Fresh Ais (Arthur Haitink), Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98065165, VAT number NL005306907B31, and clients.

Scope of services

Fresh Ais provides AI strategy, implementation and related consulting services, as agreed in a separate project proposal or statement of work.

Quotes & business cases

Project quotes are based on the scope and business case defined during discovery. Material changes in scope may affect price and timeline.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, deliverables built specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Fresh Ais retains rights to its own tools, frameworks and general know-how.

Liability

Fresh Ais delivers services with reasonable care and skill. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
