Who we are
Fresh Ais (Arthur Haitink), based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is the data controller for this website and our client services. Contact: arthur@fresh-ais.com.
What we collect
We only collect the information you enter in our contact form yourself: name, email address, company and the project details you describe. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to deliver the project. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep data
We keep contact form enquiries for at most 12 months after the last contact. If an engagement follows, the statutory retention periods apply, including 7 years for our financial records.
Who else receives your data
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider process data on our behalf, as processors. The hosting server logs contain your IP address and are held in a data centre within the EU.
Consent
By submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. For business enquiries we additionally rely on the necessity of preparing a possible agreement, the pre-contractual stage.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact arthur@fresh-ais.com to exercise these rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
